The argument for socialized medicine or government controlled medicine is precisely that no one, not even the poor, would be left behind because of the greed of the insurance companies, the doctors, the hospitals.

Because, you know, we know that if there is too much freedom then the rich would eat up the poor.

In reality, we don't have freedom AND the rich are eating the poor.

I go ask the conservatives who believe in social security, and the liberals and the progressives this: "What now? How do you solve this problem?"

People from these three groups usually deny reality. The few who acknowledge it respond that the solution is more government. Put better people in positions of power. More fines. More taxes.

It is a cult. The welfare state is and was always a cult, since its first design by Ferdinand La Salle.

I don't say that to them. Instead I firmly ask: "Why repeating the same course of action would solve the problem? Please, explain that."

Then they respond: "It's not the same. It's different this time."

Which means they not only deny the reality, but also they deny their own thoughts from less than a minute before.

The word shameless cannot be applied here, because they do not even realize what they are saying or thinking.

It's like living inside a movie.

I spend my days looking everywhere saying "Where is the camera! Where is the camera! This is impossible!"

HAHAHA!

Clown World indeed.

What a horrible crime they are committing against Sheila.
